Backfield Bay Kitchen was conceived while the two of us, Andrew & Genevieve were on a much needed self-imposed extended leave from our day-to-day drudgery. Living in the beautiful Parry Sound region for nearly two years we fell in love with the local forests and small town pace.
Alas, reality as it always does has come to call. We were not quite ready to give up the City just yet. We have returned to Toronto where we intend on growing our business, eventually providing the community and the world at large uniquely sourced, foraged, and hand-crafted goods from our patch of paradise.
